Legal adviser since 2007. In 2003 he graduated in law at the University of Silesia. In 2011 she passed the exam with "very good" grade ending two-semester post-graduate studies "European Union Law", organized by the Chair of European Law at the Jagiellonian University.

Her legal adviser practice from the beginning leads within his own law office, basing on the extensive experience gained in many years of practice as an solicitor's assitance in one of the Katowice law firms.

She conducts comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and provides legal assistance to public sector entities, including for construction supervisors. Supports local government units from the area of Silesia and Lesser Poland. She has longstanding experience as a member of the board of supervisors of public utilities and in providing legal assistance for the banks.

She specializes in civil, commercial, labor and administrative law, with particular emphasis on European aspects.

She was an advisor and trainer in the implementation of several projects co-financed by European Social Fund, such as "Investment in human resources" (implemented by PARP in Warsaw), "Ready to Work" (implemented by PFRON in Warsaw) or "Strengthening the capacity of employees in non-public labor market's institutions,". She co-created teaching aid for future tax advisors titled "Cases. Solutions Step by Step" (Podatkowa Oficyna Wydawnicza, 2011 and 2014).

She speaks English and German (Zertifikat Deutsch, passed the TOEFL exam). In 2001-2002 she participated in classes at the School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University and in 2002 she passed the exam ZENTRALE MITTELSTUFENPRÜFUNG.



He is a legal advisor since 2011. Studied law at the Silesian University and graduated with very good results.

His specialization is providing comprehensive legal services for businesses, in particular by providing legal assistance for equipment and machinery manufacturers, entrepreneurs operating in the services and energy sector. He has longstanding experience as a member of the boards of supervisors of one of Warsaw's public limited companies.

Expert in data protection law. He specializes in the civil and economic law, with particular emphasis on holding law and legal aspects of IT.

His domain is the negotiation of contracts, representing clients in civil proceedings (including the conduct of a comprehensive vindication procedures) and solving the current legal problems of supported Clients, including the preparation of corporate policies and legal opinions.

In his previous work as a lawyer, he involved, inter alia, in the IPO process of a large energy company and has provided legal assistance to the Silesian department of one of largest Polish banks.

Broad spectrum of professional experience completes the episode of work as an judge's assistant in polish courts.

He is a regular co-author of journals published by Wydawnictwo "Wiedza i Praktyka" and co-author of two editions of book preparing for the exam for tax advisor "Cases. Solutions Step by Step " (Podatkowa Oficyna Wydawnicza, 2011 and 2014).

He speaks English and French (he graduated with honors french legal language course run by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Certificat de franςais juridique).
